My dishwasher trips the circuit breaker during the cycle. What could be some of the reasons? The door gasket? Plug?
For model number GDF510PSJ0SS
Hello Alex, Thank you for the question. We will need a bit more information. What cycle is the breaker being tripped in (fill, wash, drain)? Is the door loose or not locking securely? In most cases a breaker is tripped due to a surge from the Door Switches. The Gasket is non electrical and will not effect the breaker. You can test the electrical plug and the door switches with a multi meter to check for continuity. Please submit a new question if you have any follow ups. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

I turn the dishwasher on but no water comes inside the machine. So what can I do to fix the problem
For model number GDF510PSJ0SS
Hello Carl, Thank you for the question. With the information provided, we suggest testing the water inlet valve. Use your multitester to test the valve for continuity. Set the device to the ohms setting x 1. Touch each of the meter's probes to a terminal. If you receive a reading of infinity, it means the valve's solenoid is faulty and the valve needs to be replaced. If your valve has two solenoids (four terminals), test the second pair of terminals in the same manner. If either pair of terminals receives a result of infinity, replace the water inlet valve. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

My dishwasher is not filling with water. Utilizing service mode, I confirmed that the drain pump is functional, and the spray arms/circulation pump are activating. I have replaced the water inlet valve, but it did not resolve the issue. The flood switch the next likely culprit?
For model number GDF510PSJ0SS
Hi Ricardo, thank you for reaching out. The problem seems to be with the Flood Switch and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS8690623. The flood switch controls the hot and cold water filling your washer tub to ensure the proper amount of water. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. No water flowing into dishwasher
We tried cleaning out the filter and it clogged with a huge amount of gunk. We removed the gunk, scrubbed the filter, and tried running the dishwasher, but still no water. That took over an hour (not counting the time the dishwasher spent running). Then we tried your diagnosis center and it pointed to the flood switch or the water valve.

I extracted the flood switch (another 30-60 minutes) to check it, and it also contained gunk and (significantly) did not rattle, which made me suspect the flood switch was the problem, so I ordered one. Once the replacement arrived, I checked it and the flood switch rattled, confirming that it should work properly. I spent 30-45 minutes installing it, plus the filter assembly and racks I had to remove to access it. Ran the dishwasher and everything came out sparkling clean. I don't know where the gunk came from, but if you aren't getting water and the filter is full of gunk, check the flood switch.

Diswasher not drying dishes
Didn't actually do the compete repair but got close. Pulled out dishwasher, disconnected and checked continuity on the existing heating element (about 16 ohms) the new element was also about 16 ohms. This indicates they both were working fine and no need for replacement. Next step would have been to swap the elements would have been
