What do i have to takeoff to access the fuse? It's not simply a grill on the front of it and it is hung underneath the counter
For model number FPBM3077RFB
Hi Walt,
Thank you for your question. To access the fuse, you will need to unplug the microwave from the electrical outlet and then remove it from under the cabinet. Once you have completed that, remove the outer frame from the microwave. Before removing or touching the fuse or any other part inside the microwave, you will need to discharge the high voltage capacitor as it will still carry a charge even though the microwave has been unplugged. Here is a link from our website that you may reference on how to discharge the capacitor, https://www.partselect.com/Microwave+discharge-capacitor+repair.htm. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

IS THERE A WAY TO TIGHTEN OR REPLACE THE DOOR HINGE?
For model number FPBM3077RFB
Hi John,
Thank you for your question. The hinges are part of the main body of the microwave and are not listed separately. You can tighten the screws securing the hinges with a screwdriver. The screws may be found either on the hinges, latch, or on the inside of the door. We hope this helps!

Power would not come on, would trip breaker when connected.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Thermostat bad....but couldn't fix it
My grandfather who is well versed as an electrician checked my microwave out because it wasn't worked. He used a multimeter to check electric current to parts in the microwave. He said a specific thermostat was not getting any current going through. I ordered that replacement part from this site and when it came in it didn't have curre

nt running through it either. He said he thought the part that was given to me was faulty. I called this companies number to ask some questions but the machine said they aren't taking any inquiry calls because of the pandemic right now. So I currently don't know what the problem is with my microwave. I want to return the part but unfortunately during Christmas time the packaging got thrown away. So as of right now I'm out the part money and probably money to buy a new appliance.
