Hi Kenneth, Thank you for your question. If you are seeing the F0 error code, it is low on refrigerant as a result of a leak in the refrigerant system. To fix the issue, you will need to remove the remaining refrigerant and fix the leak. Once the leak has been fixed, you can refill it with refrigerant. We hope this helps!

Black discharge into bucket. How do I disassemble dehumidifier to clean condenser?
For model number FFAD7033R10

Hi Melton. We do not have instructions for this model. However in general you will need to remove the back panel by removing all the screws. Then remove the side panels again by removing the screws securing them, there is tabs locking them in you may need to use some downward force to remove. Then remove the front panel the same way. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

It does not take moisture out of air. It is 2 years old, was told by store that we should call the 800 number but cannot get through. Was told by store you will replace it.

What does FO mean? Dehumidifier stops. Unplug it. Runs awhile. Then stops.

Hello Stan, thank you for our question. To get rid of the FO, Remove and clean the filter with warm, soapy water. Let the filter dry completely before reinserting it into the dehumidifier. Unplug the unit for 20 minutes and plug it in again to see if the code still appears. This may reset the internal computer and remove the F0 code. We hope this helps
