Had it about a year have to unplug awhile plug in again to start but the water does not collect. Seems to always stay or revert to 35 moisture level. Machine kept emptied and clean.

Hi Patricia, thank you for your question. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the float switch, part number PS12746632. The float switch prevents the dehumidifier from overflowing and spilling water all over the floor. The float switch break connection to the control board when the water level in the collection tank reaches a certain level. Once the control board senses this, it shuts down the dehumidifier. Sometimes the float switch may get stuck, making the control board think that the tank is full or at a certain fixed level. Checking the float switch for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!

Water leaks from the bottom of my dehumidifier and the full tank indicator light no longer works/does not come on anymore. Can you tell me what replacements parts I need to buy in order to repair my unit?
Thank you.

Hello Yuko, Thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the float and microswitch in order to fix your issue. We also recommend checking the control board under the wrapper top. We hope this helps you.
