ed Lee. He and I went back and forth with photos and emails. He needs to be promoted. I have never had such a fun time at that hour discussing cooktop parts nor gotten the respect and customer service that is usually reserved for experienced repairmen, much less a woman. He went above and beyond. Plus he had personality, patience and encouragement. Instead of the $1200 that we had prepared for to replace our cooktop, we were out $35. Lee was phenomenal. I asked to speak to his supervisor to commend him and he declined! That is one self-fulfilled agent you have there. And I am so glad you sent this survey so that I get to tell you how amazing Lee is!!!
