Both ovens won't heat, neither the oven or broiler elements. The keypad seems to be working fine (no dead keys).

Dacor sent a different bulb # which I CANNOT get back into the oven.
I have contacted Dacor repeatedly with no response, by both phone and left my return contact and email.
I could not be more disappointed in Dacor. All this for a problem which is listed as a home maintenance issue. A light bulb for $41.77 that I cannot install.
