I recently viewed a video about a small filter that should be cleaned monthly. In video there was a small door you clicked on to open door and it showed it connected to small drain filter. Video didn't say brand of washing machine .
Is there a small cylinder filter on this machine and if so where is it located. Any pics to help locate it

Hello Lorna, Thank you for the question. This model does not list the filter behind the door. The only filter for this model fits into the Drain Hose that fits to the Drain Pump. We hope this helps!

latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

Door lock wouldn't.
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.

Washer door always needed to be slammed to shut and finally the latch broke.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
