My washer constantly pauses throughout the load cycle. I have to press start to keep it going. It typically stops at minute 33 and 15 left to go when on the normal cycle. The fast cycle causes the machine to go into Error code 11. I replaced the door latch and the switch assembly it locks into. This has not solved the problem.

Considering the remaining issues, we would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS12705780, to solve the problem. Hi Alvin, thank you for reaching out. The water inlet valve might be faulty, causing the cold water to keep running. The water valve assembly for your model is part number PS12731608. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
