Been getting E11 error on Electrolux washer. Removed hoses and cleaned filters, made sure no kinks, and hot/water valves fully open, and still have the issue. However, when running only rinse cycle, tub fills with water and completes without any error. What parts do I need to fix the issue myself?

I’m hoping we can get a new inner rubber drum seal. It’s mouldy and everything we have tried has not worked.
And is it easy to change ourselves?

Hi Kelly, Thank you for reaching out. The Washer Door Boot Seal for this model is listed as PartSelect Number PS12731388. Most customers have been able to replace the part on their own. We were able to locate one of our How-to Videos. The part and appliance might be slightly different; however, they will have the same basic steps for instillation. We hope this information helps!
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
