hello, i need help troubleshooting this model. my question is how can i tell if a board is bad and what are the troubleshooting procedures? I have 24v at the main board thermostat terminals for W-C, Y-C, reversing valve-C, R-C, etc...Nothing is energizing except for the indoor fan. Please advise as how to proceed otherwise ill try replacing the boards.

Hi Jim, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research first, make sure the main control board gets its power from the transformer. If the transformer is working properly, maybe different electrical components on the main control board are defective. Check the control board for continuity. If it has no continuity then, you may need to replace the entire main control board, part number PS3487660. We hope this solves your problem!

cracked drain pan
removed unit from sleeve, removed two screws holding existing pan. insert new pan and replace scews. reinstall unit in sleeve.
