The unit is working fine on the air conditioning, but the unit will not heat. What can be the cause of this?

Thank you for your question. Upon researching your model, we would recommend the Heater Wire under part number PS3512343. You may have a short in your connection, which would stop it from heating. We hope this helps you.

cracked drain pan
removed unit from sleeve, removed two screws holding existing pan. insert new pan and replace scews. reinstall unit in sleeve.
