Dehumidifier will not absorb water
For model number ADEW70LWQ1
Hello Theresa, thank you for your inquiry. Sometimes a blocked, dirty, or damaged filter (part number: PS12172022) can cause the problem of zero water absorption. Please inspect the filter and clean it if required. If it is damaged or cracked, you will have to replace it.
