Machine will power up, door will latch but will not start. Please advice.

Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the latch, the lid latch strike, the electronic control board and the motor. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. We hope this helps!
