Try unplugging the washer for 5 minutes to reset the washer and plug it back in to see if this removes the error code. If the washer did not reset after unplugging it, you will need to inspect the wiring harness connected to the motor to see if they are fitted correctly. If the connections are fine and do not look damaged, you will need to test the motor with a multi-meter to verify if it is working correctly. Disconnect the power source from your appliance before beginning as you will be handling electrical components. Remove the cabinet of your washer in order to locate and remove the drive motor. You will need to disconnect the wires attached to the motor in order to remove it from the appliance, do this by pulling on the metal connectors and not the wires. Set your multi-meter to the Rx1 setting. Test for continuity by placing the probes onto the terminals of the motor. You should receive a reading of zero or nearly zero. To test the ground connection, leave one probe on the terminal and place the other on the metal housing of the drive motor. You should not receive any reading from this test.
