Plastic Facia Panel was broken at handle
Removed old panel with about six screws. Removed all the buttons and reinstalled on new facia panel. Installed back on holder with two screws and reinstalled assembly. I was led to believe this replacement panel was made from stainless steel but it actually was the same plastic panel with a stainless finish. Same as the original. Pre

I am replacing the facia panel and buttons. How do i best manage that?

Hi Rich,
Thank you for your question. Before you begin any repair please unplug turn the circuit breaker off for the dishwasher. Once the power to the dishwasher has been tuned off, your first step will be open the door all the way and to remove the screws securing the control panel and pull the panel off. Depress the tabs to release control board cover. Use a flat head screw driver to release the tab through the bottom of the panel. Detach the ribbon connector and use a screwdriver to detach the tab to release the control board. Depress the tabs to release the door latch assembly and remove the old control panel and touchpad. You can nor install the new control panel and touchpad. Follow the steps in reverse and once everything has been reinstalled, restore power to the dishwasher. Your dishwasher should now work for you. This is for a Bosch dishwasher. The control panel fascia is plastic and it cracked by the handle, making it very difficult to open the door. The replacement (#107) on your site is stainless steel. Will that work on my unit? Also, do i need to buy the facia holder (#106) to complete the repair?

The Holder (#106) will not need to be replaced as well if the one you have is not damaged or defective. If you do need to replace it as well, the compatible replacement is part number PS8714667. Do i need to take the inner door panel off to replace the front fascia? If so, what do i do besides remove 10 screws?

Thank you for your question. No you should not have to remove the fascia to replace the door panel. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the door panel. The dishwasher in the video may not show exactly like the one you have, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS3418317.
