Hello Diane, thank you for writing. This Ice Maker Assembly part number PS4175630 is the Ice Maker itself. The replacement Ice Bucket Tray for your model refrigerator is part number PS4175699. We do apologize, but unfortunately we do not have a photo of it. It is shown as the correct replacement in the parts list for your model number though. Hi Dawn, Thank you for your question. If the ice maker is not filling completely with water, the water line may be partially frozen. Unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet before checking the parts. You will need to check the water line for any obstructions and to make sure it is fitted correctly. Check the water filter to see if it is clogged, if it is you will need to replace it. A water filter should be replaced every 6 months. If the water line and the water filter are not the issue, you will need to check the water inlet valve and the tubing connected to it. From our website, inspect the outlet tubing for any brittle tubing, abrasions, cracks, or any other damage. If you do not locate any leaks, disconnect the water inlet valve and remove it from the refrigerator to test it. Set your multi-meter to the Rx1 setting and touch the terminals with the probes. You are testing for continuity and should receive a reading of 200 to 500 ohms. If you do not get this reading you will need to replace it. If the water inlet valve is not the issue then the ice maker will need to be replaced. We hope this helps.

Hi Charles, thank you for contacting us. Check the feeler arm or paddle to make sure it can move freely. Ice blocking its movement will signal to the icemaker that it should pause making ice. Make sure the water supply to the refrigerator is turned on. The water supply line to the refrigerator has a shut-off valve, which is usually found under the sink or in the basement. Ensure the valve is turned on. There is only one water line in the refrigerator. However, there are two plastic water lines on the fridge that run from the double water valve to the icemaker and the water dispenser. A clogged or partially clogged filter results in no water or slow running water from the dispenser as well as to the ice maker. Remove the filter and install a bypass plug. Try using the dispenser. If the water flow improves from the dispenser, the filter is clogged and needs to be replaced. We hope this sorts out your problem!
