How is oven control board removed?
For model number Kenmore 970-678431
Hello Ron, thank you for reaching out. First, you need to remove the screws that hold the upper back panel of the range. Unthread the screws and remove the panel. Behind the panel control board is attached to the range with the help of screws. Remove the screws and wires attached to the control board. We hope this information is useful!

Hi Charles,
Glad to here from you. The part number listed for the electronic control board is PS3409083. We hope this helps!
Hi I have a question I have the same model this board goes to now my problem is my Oven will not go over 125? the elements are both perfectly working and I replace the temperature probe inside do you think this would solve the problem or could it be one of the other boards in the back??
For model number 970-687221
Hello Luciano, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, if you've already checked the elements and the temperature sensor, then this board would most likely be the next part to check. Good luck with your repair.
