Washer starts filling and jumps to final spin.

Thank you for your question. If your washer starts filling with water and then immediately goes to the spin cycle, there is an issue with the electronic control board and it will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the electronic control board is PS4704668. Water just trickles when filling
For model number RTW4640YQ0
Hi Mark, thank you for your inquiry. We suggest you take a close look at the water inlet valve to check whether its screens are clogged or not. Clean the screens. Try disconnecting the hoses on the back of the machine and cleaning the screen in the inlets. If this does not help, we recommend replacing the water inlet valve, part number PS11757114. We hope this information helps!
