How do I replace the bake element?
For model number PT916SR1SS

Remove lower wire cover. Unplug element wire connectors and remove the screws holding element in place. Remove left side insulation retainer. Remove side of hidden bake assembly. Remove element and reverse the steps. We hope this helps!
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
