Left front element will not heat up the lights work the element has continuity and the switch works. What else is there?
For model number JED8430BDB
Hi Art,
Thank you for your question. If both the burner and the switch have continuity, check the wires connected to the element to see if they have burned out. Also check and make sure the cooktop is receiving the proper voltage. You may use a multimeter to test the light socket. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
