My dishwasher tries to start then displays a ou code what is this code for?
For model number FGID2466QF7A
Hello David, thank you for your question. The ER UO error code means "Vent Open". On the top back right corner of the dishwasher tub, there is a vent and fan that opens to help dry the dishes at the end of the cycle. If the computer senses that the vent is open, then it won't start the cycle. We hope this helps.

Dishwasher not coming on. The display not lighting up.
For model number FGID2466QF7A
Hi Paul,
Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher will not start, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the blower vent assembly, the door latch assembly and the switch assembly. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

My dishwasher suddenly stop working. There is a code of Er flashing. I have checked the circuit breaker and it is fine and washer is plugged in.
For model number FGID2466QF7A
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question. The ER error code indicates a stuck key or a key that has been pressed for more than a minute. Check the connections between the console assembly and the dishwasher switch assembly. If the wiring is fine and shows no signs of damage, scorching, or burn marks, replace the console assembly. If the error code remains, then you will need to replace the switch assembly. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

The spray arm would fall off during the washing cycle.
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having th

e problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.
